How Is Any Food Product Going to Affect Your Body?

In the past 2 weeks I have been dealing with my website being hacked. Literally, someone targeted this Vegan site to destroy it. I have spent hundreds of dollars to get it working again and to clean up the virus. I’m amazed that someone would feel that this small website would do harm to anyone. I can’t imagine who would want to target me, in particular; but, it happened nonetheless.

I wanted to let you know, because I assume that if someone is trying to shut you down, you are probably sharing information that is important. A whistleblower I am not, I don’t believe. However, I do want to get helpful information to the public about health and vegan lifestyles. If that scares factory farms and the other sites that promote anti-vegan health, than bring it on. My site is complete secure now.

Today’s blog is about listening to your inner wisdom and, also, a simple correction about my blog—two weeks ago—about #hexane in your soy products

I have been assured by multiple people that #hexane is used in soy products like any fuel is used to heat a product. #Hexane is never mixed into the product or used as an additive. The only risk of #hexane getting into the product is by the fumes, which is possible. However, I’m told that the amount that can seep into any soy protein products is so minimal that it is almost immeasurable. I have no actually scientific study to back-up this information, so take it with a grain of salt.

Albeit, we still should always stay aware of any faction that seeks to taint vegan products’ reputation that, first, to help packagers realize that we are watching and, second, because if we feel our body rejects the product by having digestion problems, we should stay clear of eating it.

It doesn’t matter to me what the packaging says on a product. If I eat it and feel poorly, I stop eating it. Not every body needs the same vitamins and minerals. This is why you must stay aware and clear-minded when it comes to your health and diet. No one can direct you to the perfect path.

As even Jesus says, “Physician, heal yourself!” Your senses and feelings are your own physician, you must always pay attention to what you feel, when you’re feeling it.

Often I’ll go to the store and put a beautiful vegetable near my stomach. If my body draws closer to the vegetable, I assume that the answer is that I need the vitamins and minerals from it. If my body moves away from it, I don’t buy it, even if it is fresh and looks perfect. Every day, every moment, we need certain elements in our body to help it function better. That’s what hunger and intuition is for. If you don’t clear your mind of negative sugars, salts, fatty foods and dense proteins, you will never have a clear enough perspective to see what is good and right for you. The process I describe above is called kinesiology.

Remember, for instance, if you are addicted to sugar, you will crave it because theyeast inside your bodyacts as a hunger trigger. So, negatives can mimic positive things. So, clearing your body and mind of things that are proven to cause diabetes, heart disease, and organ problems is the first way to get yourself ready to listen to the innate function of the inner physician that lives in all of us.

Why Are We Here on Earth—Part II

Here is where? On Earth

Who are we? We are spirit beings housed in human bodies, living a life (or multiple lives here) to move from a Ego-centric life form to a less distorted manifestation of love and light—polarizing toward the positive spiritually. This ultimately will result in moving to a higher life form that will be less dependent on Negative vs. Positive.

What would this next density look like? Many scriptures and holy writings, and now channeled manuscripts suggest that the billions of planets in all of the galaxies and universes hold places for people who have passed through the challenge of our current life density. These places have animals living in unison with the beings. These places have a common thread of intent in all peoples. These places don’t depend on hard work and labor to sustain lives that manifest more money or more power. These places are planets that manifest love and teach us the higher powers of love.

How do we move towards a more positive density or polarization? The action is simple—live a life that is less ego driven and more actively seeking to be more compassionate, loving, and driven by the needs of the Whole, rather than your own personal desires.

Does having wealth make you unlikely to become polarized to positive? I don’t believe it does, if you are certain that what you are storing here on this earth isn’t about being better or more superior to others. If you are not willing to use your money to help others and help the world become better, then you are generally polarizing toward the negative. This is why one of the master teachers, Jesus, said in Matthew 19:

22When the young man heard this, he went away in sorrow, because he had great wealth. 23Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is difficult for a rich man to enter thekingdom of heaven. 24Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”…

What is the best way to daily move toward a more positive polarization on Earth? Meditation, yoga, activities that would harm none and open your heart to receive the gifts of wisdom and truth from the angelic entities all around you. I, personally, believe that veganism is one of those channels; specifically, because it harms no animal to gain nutrition. When you choose bloodshed of an innocent creature, this is very hard to justify in the subconscious mind where all distortion (positive and negative) is held.

Why You Can’t Lose Weight—It’s Right Under Your Nose?

A prestigious business in search of a new CFO tapered its candidates down to two persons of interest. Still undecided, the owner of the business took the candidates out to dinner at a lovely restaurant. Both candidates dressed appropriately. Each asked the perfect questions, creating wonderful and thoughtful conversations. Each of the candidates were compassionate and also passionate about life and the company’s core values. The owner was betwixt as to which one he should hire, that is, until the main course arrived.

One candidate waited until the host picked up his fork to begin eating. She tasted the food. Delighted that the chef had seasoned the dish perfectly, she continued to eat.

The other candidate also waited for the host to pick up his fork, but before this candidate tasted her food, she salted it.

In that moment the owner decided to hit the candidate that tasted the food before she had salted the food.

I remember this story from when I first began interviewing for jobs at 20 years old, fresh out of college. I can’t ever remember being wined and dined to get a job position, but I always understood the concept that you must first test or try what you are doing, before you make a judgment. (cont. below)

(Below is a hypnosis meditation designed to help release anything, including weight.)

With that being said, I have been one who consistently salted my food, usually after I tasted it. I never seemed to get enough salt. In fact, as a chef understanding the need for proper seasoning, spice, and herbs, I always insisted that I had to have a certain amount of salt in my food to taste the spice.

By 50 I was having heart problems, even though I am a health fanatic. I chalked it up to all of my family having heart conditions. Doctors asked if I ate too much salt, but I never considered my usage of salt to be on overkill. That is, I never considered my salt intake until I got married to a man who doesn’t salt his food at all, and who would consistently look at me like I had killed my food ever time I put salt on it (even though, most of the time I was the one who seasoned the food we were eating).

After much discussion about it, I decided I would go salt free for a month and see what happens. Everything tasted completely bland and flavorless to me. It was as if I was just eating for sustenance and nothing else. Interestingly enough, though, four great things happened in that difficult month:

  1. I ate about half the food I normally eat;
  2. I lost weight;
  3. my arthritic condition lessened considerably; and
  4. I was able to wean off of 3/4 of my heart medication.

All of this came from limiting salt intake.

After the first month, I decided that I would add a bit of salt back into my diet. I chose pink Himalayan salt and kosher rock salt with Iodine for the two types of salt I would use. Also, I added Bragg’s liquid aminos, coconut aminos, and some low sodium soy sauce or tamari to some of my food, especially of the Asian variety.

I initially noticed that the amount of salt I needed was minimal to none. I had truly gotten used to tasting the true taste of food and spice. However, I would get a very good idea of the amount of salt that I stopped when I would go out to dinner. I consistently would get bloated and often would eat way too much.

I’ve always have known that sugars are addictive, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say that for me, salt was way more addictive. I can understand now why I could sit down to watch television and eat and entire bowl of potato chips, popcorn, or any other salty food. Eating salt, just makes you want to eat more salt.

One other thing I noticed on this endeavor was that I should never eat any food when I am:

  1. watching television;
  2. working;
  3. sitting at my computer; or
  4. doing anything that requires my full attention.

I hope this helps you.
